TORRINGTON – Memorial services for Edward L. Burns 83, will be held at a later date. Ed died Dec. 24, 2020 at Goshen Healthcare Community in Torrington and cremation has taken place. The Colyer Funeral Home assisted the family with the cremation arrangements.
