TORRINGTON – Matthew and Sophie Moore of Torrington announce the birth of their son, Declan Luke.
Declan was born at 1:49 p.m. on Nov. 28, 2017, at Community Hospital in Torrington. He weighed 7-pounds, 4-ounces and measure 19.75-inches at birth.
Grandparents are Richard and Natalyn Moore of Spokane, Wash., and Tom and Karen Dvorak of Berthoud, Colo.
