TORRINGTON – Grace Wydner and Devin Rawlings of Torrington announce the birth of their daughter, Charlee Grace.
Charlee was born at 7:23 a.m. on Nov. 29, 2017, at Community Hospital in Torrington. She weighed 6-pounds, 15-ounces and measured 18.5 inches at birth.
Grandparents are Kyra and Chris Lint and Michelle and Jeff Wydner, all of Torrington.
