The Torrington High School Lady Blazers softball team pulled out all the stops during this evening's double-header against Cheyenne South.
Torrington trounced Cheyenne South in the first game, 8-2. The second game came down to the wire, with the Lady Blazers prevailing by a single run, 5-4.
Torrington's batters tallied up the runs while the Lady Blazers defense worked together to keep Cheyenne South's scoring in check.
The Lady Blazers victory maintained the team's positive momentum as Torrington enter's the final month of competition.
