5:16 a.m. – Harassment on East I Street. Caller stated they got a threat and wanted a call back. Caller called back and wanted an officer to come out to their resident to look at the threatening messages. Disposition: completed.

8:06 a.m. – Lost property on U.S. Highway 26/85. Caller stated they lost a cell phone the prior night. Disposition: unable to complete.

9:12 a.m. – Filthy premise, RV parking, sign, snow, trees or weeds on Hillcrest Dr. Caller wanted someone to ask the resident at a nearby resident to scoop their sidewalks per city ordinance. Disposition: completed. 

10:37 p.m. – Any civil problem on East Valley Road. The caller requested to speak to an officer. The caller advised they had come up the night before needing a place to stay. The caller stated a friend who works at the inn got them a room and that the inn would be calling to state they didn’t pay for the room. The caller wanted to give law enforcement their side of the story. Disposition: completed.

11:29 a.m. – Found property report on East E Street. Caller reported a wallet found in the street. Disposition: Unable to complete incident report.

1:49 p.m. – Followup on an incident or case on East 22nd Avenue. Subject brought a vehicle to the police department to be searched for drugs. Disposition: completed.

3:37 p.m. – Followup on an incident or case on East I street. Police followed up on threats made the prior night. The original caller advised the threat included a sent text with the caller’s address to the caller. The original caller asked if officers could call the individual. Police advised they could not do anything until the trespassing order had been issued to the other party. Disposition: completed.

4:18 p.m. Suspicious circumstances on Laramie Street. Caller requested a call back from the police. The caller stated they were in Casper and in a nursing home. The caller stated someone was using their debit car without their permission. The caller stated someone spent money on January 9 at three locations, including Scottsbluff. The caller stated they have shut off their card. Disposition: report required.

4:23 p.m. – Found property report on Main Street. The caller turned in two keys on a keyring they found in the alley of the 1900 Main block between Main and East A Street. Disposition: unable to complete incident report.

4:45 p.m. – Harassment on East 22nd Avenue. Caller requested a call back from law enforcement. Caller stated their friend has a restraining order, a no contact order against the caller which was issued by a judge. However, the caller stated the friend is now harassing them and wanted to know if there was anything that could be done so that neither individual could contact one another. The caller did not give any names of persons involved so that the protection order or no contact could be verified or looked up. Caller just wanted to know what their options were. 5:55 p.m. – Larceny on East J Street. Caller reported they found their previously reported stolen dog on a facebook page at an undisclosed location. Disposition: report required.

11:18 a.m. – Welfare check on East 17th Avenue. Caller told law enforcement they haven’t seen their neighbor in about 10 days. The caller also stated they have seen no movement and the car has not moved. The caller stated the neighbor had no lights on and the mail is overfilling the mailbox. Disposition: completed.

11:54 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances on East E Street. The caller reported a gray SUV vehicle had just pulled into the alley behind their house and threw trash away in the caller’s dumpster and then went back over the overpass by Fresh Foods. Disposition: completed.

3:30 p.m. – Motorists assist on Main Street at Deines Irrigation. Officer initiated activity; the officer reported being flagged down for help. Disposition: completed.

8:12 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances on West C Street. Caller reported two juvenile males took off running. Disposition: completed.

12:24 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle on West C Street. Officer initiated activity. An officer reported a suspicious vehicle. Disposition: completed.

7:50 a.m. –  Municipal, District or Circuit court request on East 22nd Avenue. Courts requested bailiff for 8 a.m. court. Disposition: completed.

8:35 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances on East 22nd Avenue. Caller told law enforcement an individual in the home took their debit card and left the home. The caller said the person withdrew all of the money on the joint account. Disposition: none listed.

1:50 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances on Main Street. Caller told police they took a car and went out of town and was on their way back when they called. However, the caller stated someone in the home was raging mad and the caller didn’t want anyone to get hurt. Disposition: completed.

1:52 p.m. – Assist the public on McKenna Road. Caller wanted an investigator to go out to their home in reference to issues with scams. Disposition: completed.

5:18 p.m. – Structure fire on the U.S. Highway 85. Caller stated the shop was on fire. Disposition: completed.

5:36 p.m. – Assist the public on East 22nd Avenue. Caller wanted to speak to an officer regarding a vehicle that was taken from Cheyenne and possibly being transported to Torrington. Disposition: completed.

6:13 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances on East Valley Road. Caller said a person came in with a CD player trying to sell it to them and then left it as a “gift”. The caller thought it could be stolen. Disposition: report required.

6:47 p.m. – Harassment on East D Street. Caller wanted an officer to stop an individual from harassing them. Disposition: completed.

8:36 a.m. – Assault on West C Street. Caller informed law enforcement of a fight in the bathroom. Disposition: report required.

8:52 a.m. – Suspicious Circumstances at an unknown address in Torrington. Caller tipped off law enforcement to a situation involving possible stolen guns, meth and fentanyl. Disposition: completed.

9:48 a.m. – Assault on Lingle Loop Road. Caller told law enforcement someone had punched them in the face and hit them with the vehicle door and wanted a deputy to take a report. Disposition: citation issued.

12:19 p.m. – Suspicious Circumstances on East Valley Road. Caller told police they have checks written on a closed account. Disposition: completed.

2:34 p.m. – Vandalism on West B Street. Caller informed police of vandalism in the alley. Disposition: report required.

3:49 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances on West A Street. Caller wanted to remain anonymous and stated someone is living in the basement of a house and both were using. Disposition: completed.

5:06 p.m. – Welfare check on East B Street. Caller stated they had been attempting to reach their parent all day, but the phone goes straight to voicemail. The caller wanted a welfare check and asked for a call back if police made contact. Disposition: completed.

5:12 p.m. – Assist the public on West C Street. Caller told police they had some high school kids come to their door and asked for money so they could get a pizza. The caller was concerned for the kids. Disposition: completed.

8:29 p.m. – Alarm on West Valley Road. An automatic motion commercial alarm in the oil room at a shop went off. Disposition: completed.

9:50 p.m. – Open door or window reported on East D Street. Caller told police there was a white truck on the side of the road with all of its lights off. The truck was sitting in front of a dark house with a door open. Disposition: completed. 

11:46 p.m. – Hazard, traffic, pedestrian service request on College Drive. The caller told police they were on the way home and there was something laying on the side of the road. The caller told police they believed it looked like someone was laying there on the edge of the south side. Disposition: completed.

9:31 a.m. – Harassment on East F Street. Caller wanted to speak to an officer about a protection order violation. Disposition: completed.

9:56 a.m. – Traffic complaints, speeding and reckless driving on Main Street. Caller reported a semi driving down the Main Street going the wrong direction. The Semi was driving northbound head on into traffic in the left lane but did not have a description of the truck. Disposition: completed.

11:33 a.m. – Motorists assist on Four Corners Road. Caller stated they were stuck in the road in a tan vehicle and was running low on fuel as well as getting cold. Disposition: completed.

5:41 p.m. – Open door or window report on East G Street. The caller told police they were at the dog park and looked over at a house to see a door was open without no one around. Disposition: completed.

10:26 p.m. – Alarm on East Valley Road. An automatic front door burglar alarm was set off. Disposition: completed.

2:45 a.m. – Structure fire on Main Street. Caller reported a structure fire at a supposedly abandoned building. Disposition: completed.

6:16 a.m. – Hazard, traffic, pedestrian report on U.S. Highway 85. Caller reported a tractor trailer and box truck spun out in the area. The caller told law enforcement the semi was possibly jack-knifed and couldn’t get out of it. The caller also stated both lanes were blocked. Disposition: gone on arrival.

8:16 a.m. – Any civil problem on East P Street. Caller stated they were having issues with a tenant. Caller told law enforcement the tenant refused to move the vehicle for snow removal and had an agreement per the lease to do so. Caller stated the tenant made threats to sue the caller if they tried to move it. Disposition: completed.

11:50 a.m. – Hazard, traffic or pedestrian report on Road 51. Caller informed law enforcement that someone ran over a stop sign and took the sign out. Disposition: completed.

1:12 p.m. – Scam calls, monetary or computer fraud reports on West A Street. Caller informed police of a phone call they received saying they had won $8.4 million but needed to get a certified check for $1,700 to the caller before they could release the winnings. Caller informed the police it was a scam. Disposition: completed.

4:11 Any civil problem reported on East 25th Avenue. Caller told police someone was supposed to come clean up their sideway. The caller further explained the individual went to the senior center and guaranteed they would be there. The caller stated the sidewalks are barely touched and already paid them $30 but did a terrible job. The caller just wanted to report the incident so no others fell victim. Disposition: completed.

12:03 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle on Buttermilk Road. Officer initiated activity to report a suspicious vehicle described as a black Dodge Ram. Disposition: disposition.

4:35 a.m. – Hazard, traffic or pedestrian report on Road 44. Caller informed police there was a semi truck stuck in the middle of the road. Disposition: completed.

5:34 a.m. – Hazard, traffic or pedestrian report on U.S. Highway 26. Caller informed police there was a carn stuck with its horns and flashing lights. Disposition: completed.

6:56 a.m. – Assist the public on Camino De La Reina Road. Police assisted the city department to locate a line. Disposition: completed.

9:20 a.m. – Welfare check on West Bliss Street. Caller advised they were in the hospital and wanted a deputy to check on their spouse to make sure they were ok because they couldn’t get a hold of their spouse. Disposition: completed.

9:53 p.m. – Log information at the Lift Station on U.S. Highway 26. Law enforcement reported one arm of the lift station went back up, however, the other stayed down. Disposition: completed.

1:12 p.m. – Motorist assist on U.S. Highway 85. A caller stated a blue sedan slid off the road ust inside the Laramie County boundary but reported no injuries or damage. Disposition: completed.

3:10 p.m. Suspicious circumstances on U.S. Highway 26/85. Caller advised police they were in this area when a person came out and was yelling, cursing at them and wanted police to tell the person to leave them alone. Disposition: completed. 

3:44 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances on East 22nd Avenue. Caller stated they had their grandkid who was acting out and wanted an officer to speak to them. Disposition: completed.

3:46 p.m. – Assist the public on Wyoming Highway 151 at the U.S. Highway 85 intersection. Caller reported someone knocked over a stop sign on Highway 151 heading westbound. Disposition: completed.

4:45 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances on East 22nd Avenue. Caller reported a tan van picking up kids on Main Street heading south and could hear the driver using foul language, saying mean things to the children. Disposition: completed.

7:46 p.m. – Harassment on Road 37. Caller said they received another call from a person who has been harassing them and wanted to report it. Caller emailed the deputy with screenshots as well as the call. The deputy determined it was a violation of the protection order. Disposition: completed.

7:59 p.m. – Motor vehicle accident on U.S. Highway 85. Caller reported a vehicle slid off the road at the half mile marker south of the LaGrange turn off. The caller said the driver was going to call for a tow. Disposition: completed.

12:00 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances on Road 15. Caller said they were watching the security camera and saw flashing lights north of their entrance gate and weren’t sure how far from the entrance gate the incident occurred. Disposition: completed.

1:44 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle on U.S. Highway 26/85 in Torrington. Officer initiated a report of a suspicious vehicle parked on the side of the road and wasn’t sure if it was the people visiting a residence in the area or if it had broken down. Disposition: completed.

7:16 a.m. – Structure fire on Clover Avenue. An attic fire was reported. Disposition: completed.

8:24 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances on Main Street. Caller reported someone kept pulling the main breaker on the outside of the church, shutting off all the power. The caller met with an officer. Disposition: completed.

8:52 a.m. – Community contact on East 3rd Street in Lingle. Officer initiated activity to report they provided a police presence at a wrestling event. Disposition: completed.

10:56 a.m. – Motor vehicle accident on U.S. Highway 85. Caller reported a one vehicle roll over. The caller described the vehicle as a green Ford pick-up which rolled over in the southbound lane. Disposition: completed.

11:45 a.m. – Assist the public on East 22nd Avenue. County wide fire pager test. Disposition: unable to complete incident.

1:43 p.m. – Motorists assist on North Laramie Avenue. Caller informed police one of their clients drove off the road and was stuck and needed help getting out. The caller described the vehicle. Disposition: completed.

5:01 p.m. – Any civil problem report on U.S. Highway 26/85. Caller told police they bought a four wheeler from someone in Casper. However, caller stated the title had not been filled out properly and sent it back to the individual to get it back in their name. The seller claimed they sent out the title last Friday but had not received the title yet. The caller stated the seller has blocked their number. Disposition: completed.

6:14 p.m. – Extra patrol on West 14th Avenue. Law enforcement provided an extra patrol throughout the night due to a structure fire. Disposition: none listed.

8:11 p.m. – Log information report on U.S. Highway 85. Officer reported U.S. Highway 85 was closed from Bear Mountain Station south to Cheyenne. Disposition: none listed.

11:46 p.m. – REDDI (Report Every Dangerous Driver Immediately) on West C Street. Caller reported a four door truck which was driving dangerously, believed to be intoxicated and had chased them out of their location heading northbound. Caller didn’t know how many kids were inside the truck. Disposition: report required.

Jan. 22

10:57 a.m. – Suspicious circumstances on Wyoming Highway 154. Caller reported someone shot their dog the night before and was told by a few people they knew who it was. Disposition: report required.

7:38 p.m. – Log information report on Wyoming Highway 151. Caller reported a vehicle left along the side of the road. The caller thinks the driver is going to Frontier Bible School in LaGrange but has no name to give. The caller advised they are supposed to come and get it the following day. The caller did not have a name or number to contact the driver. Disposition: none listed.

10:30 p.m. – Extra patrol on West A Street. Caller told police they got home about 9:40 p.m. from a trip and a black or navy blue Cadillac drove by a couple of times. Caller said they went inside their home and noticed the driver of the Cadillac drove by another five times in 30 minutes and wanted an extra patrol. Disposition: none listed.

11:50 p.m. – Suspicious circumstances on East B Street. The individual wanted to turn themself in. The individual did not have any warrants in house and no warrants found when running a state check. Disposition: completed.
