TORRINGTON – The Main Street of Torrington will look a bit different this year as Torrington Office Supply announced the store would be going out of business. 

“Effective January 1, 2025, Torrington Office Supply will be closing its doors. We would like to thank you – our customers, suppliers, friends and family for 32 great years,” the business announced on their FaceBook page 

Torrington Office Supply or TOPS, specialized in office supplies, office furniture, technology supplies, cleaning and janitorial products, music instruments and supplies and scrapbooking supplies. TOPS even had cell phone products and breakroom supplies for the office. 

“We will be selling all in-stock (in-store) inventory (currently 50% off). We will allow established customers to continue charging to their account for a brief time, provided they do not have a past due balance. We will not be delivering any orders,” their social media post read.
