GOSHEN COUNTY– The weather is finally getting chilly in Goshen County. We have gotten a few rainy days this week but no snow yet. Here is what to expect for the rest of the week.
According to Steve Rubin, a meteorologist out of the National Weather Service in Cheyenne, we are looking at mostly sunny conditions for the rest of the week.
Breezy or windy conditions are expected as well.
Otherwise, up until the weekend, the high temps for each day are expected to be in the 50 through 60-degree range.
“And then for, as we get into Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, it's going to be breezy to windy at times. Highs mid 50s Tuesday. Wednesday, highs in the lower 50s and then Thursday, highs in the lower 60s and 60 on Friday,” Rubin said.
It is expected to cool off into the weekend, but we should not expect really any precipitation of any kind until likely next week.
“So, even Saturday will be a little cooler but after tonight (last Saturday), after this evening, it looks like it'll be dry for the next week at least,” Rubin continued.
According to Rubin, the temperatures this week are expected to be pretty normal. The temperatures are pretty close to the average for this time of year as well, not any colder or warmer than previous years.
