TORRINGTON – The Industrial Siting Council (ISC) will be holding a meeting on February 16.
The ISC reviews the socio-economic and environment impacts of industrial facilities before issuing a permit for construction, according to their website.
“During this public comment portion of the meeting a representative of the Board of Commissioners’ will present questions concerning the permitting of the Goshen Solar Project,” a recent public notice in the Torrington Telegram said.
