TORRINGTON – The eighth Annual Pumpkin Walk was enjoyed by 76 children and 51 adults. The Pumpkin Walk is a collaborative effort to provide young children a Halloween experience that is fun and age-appropriate. It includes 10 different stations where the children get to do activities or get a prize, such as a book or a toothbrush.
This year the walk was sponsored by All Saints Episcopal Church Outreach and the Goshen County Library. Volunteers included students from Torrington High School, Eastern Wyoming College, Torrington Learning Center, Valley Christian School, Goshen County Library, and All Saints. Many thanks to Bill and Brenda Vance for the donations of the pumpkins and to Patrick and Victoria Schmick for providing hay bales.
