NOTICE OF PROBATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED in the Estate of Melvin T. White: You are hereby notified that Jerry White, has filed with the Clerk of District Court, Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, Wyoming, in Docket No. 2025-CV-0000017, an Application for Decree of Distribution pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205, for the following described real property: A TRACT OF LAND in Lot 2, Block 2, Curtis Addition to the Town of Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming described as follows: Beginning at a point in the West line of said Lot 2, 55 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Lot 2 and running thence Northward along the West line of said Lot 2 a distance of 45 feet to a point; thence Eastward along a line parallel with the South line of said Lot 2 a distance of 120 feet to a point; thence Southward along a line parallel with the West line of said Lot 2 a distance of 45 feet to a point; thence Westward along a line parallel with the South line of said Lot 2 a distance of 120 feet to the point of beginning; AND A tract of land in Lot 2, Block 2, Curtis Addition to the Town of Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming described as follows: Beginning at a point in the West line of said Lot 2, 100 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Lot 2 and running thence Northward along the West line of said Lot 2 a distance of 40 feet to a point; Thence Eastward along a line parallel with the South line of said Lot 2 a distance of 120 feet to a point; Thence Southward along a line parallel with the west line of said Lot 2 a distance of 40 feet to a point; Thence Westward along a line parallel with the South line of said Lot 2 a distance of 120 feet to the Point of Beginning. Any action to contest the entry of such decree shall be filed with the Court on or before April 4, 2025 (within 30 days of the first publication) or thereafter be forever barred.
