NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT=S ESTATE
That Tina M. Morrell died on the 8th day of September, 2024, in Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming, leaving Christie Daves, Chad Morrell, and Kansas Douglas, as her sole beneficiaries to the property described herein.
That Christie Daves, one of the above named beneficiaries, on the 21st day of October, 2024, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, her Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205(LexisNexis 2020), praying that the Court adjudge the following described real and personal property located in Goshen County, Wyoming be distributed as follows:
Real Property:
Lot 6, Block 8, COY’S FIRST ADDITION, to the Town of
Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming
Personal Property:
2004 Dodge 4DR, V.I.N. 2B3HD46R74H706776
That the said Application has been set down for a hearing before the Court at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:30 o=clock a.m., on the 4th day of December, 2024. If persons object, the Court shall set a new hearing for all parties to appear;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter into Decree of Distribution setting over the above described real property as set forth above.
