PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
SS TDS, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, hereby gives notice that it has filed Articles of Dissolution with the Wyoming Secretary of State and will be winding up its affairs. Claimants that have not received prior written notice may submit claims by mailing an itemized, detailed claim to SS TDS, LLC, c/o Nicholas & Tangeman, LLC, at P.O. Box 928, Laramie, WY 82073. A claim against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within 3 years after the publication of this notice.
