NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A DECREE OF SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 29, 2024, an Application for Decree of Summary Distribution of Real Property (“Application”) was filed to the above-named Court seeking to distribute any and all personal and real property of Nancy Diana Petree, (“Decedent”).
Any persons having an interest in the above estate are hereby given notice that such Application is pending and if an objection is filed within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, the above-named Court shall set the matter for a hearing, after which the Court shall enter an Order either denying or granting the Application. If no objection to the Application is filed within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication, the above-named Court shall enter a Decree establishing the right and title to the above-described property to Casina R. Briggs, Curtis Briggs, and Diana Hunter.
