PUBLIC NOTICE

The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of Wyrulec Company (Wyrulec) for authority to adjust retail rate tariffs to correspond with its wholesale power supplier's new Peaking Period, which is used to calculate the Generation Demand Charge for WYRULEC’s Large Power Service customers, from 12:00 p.m. through 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. through 9:00 p.m., effective on and after January 1, 2024. This approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, refund, change, additional investigation, opportunity for hearing, and further order of the Commission.

Anyone desiring to file a statement, intervention petition, protest, or request for hearing must file with the Commission in writing, on or before February 12, 2024. A proposed intervention or request for hearing shall set forth the grounds, the position and interest of the petitioner in this proceeding.
