You are notified that a Forcible Entry and Detainer Complaint, has been filed in the Goshen County Circuit Court for the Eighth Judicial District, whose address is 2125 East A Street, Torrington, WY 82240 seeking an eviction.
This matter is set for hearing JANUARY 4, 2024 AT 10:30AM. If the Plaintiff fails to appear, the Complaint will be dismissed. If Defendants fail to appear and it appears to the Court that this Complaint is well-founded, Plaintiff will receive a Default Judgement for the amount due and a Writ of Restitution will be issued restoring the property to the Plaintiff.
