NOTICE OF ABANDONED PROPERTY
To: Brittanie Lofink, former tenant of 420 College Drive, Apt. #2A, Torrington, WY 82240.
This notice is being provided pursuant to Wyoming Statute § 1-21-1210. Please be advised that the Owners have taken lawful possession of the residential rental premises you abandoned, said premises being located at 420 College Drive, Apt. #2A, Torrington, WY 82240. Brittanie Lofink, as former tenant, has left personal property in the residential rental premises.
You have seven (7) days from the date this notice is published to either take possession of your personal property or to provide written notice to the undersigned that you intend on taking possession of your property. If you intend to take possession of your property you must communicate with the undersigned to arrange a time to pickup the property. If you fail to take possession, or provide written notice to the undersigned that you intend on taking possession, the above described property shall be conclusively deemed abandoned and the Owners may retain or dispose of the property. Reasonable storage fees must be paid to the Owners before the property is removed.
