There will be a special meeting of the Goshen County Commission for the purpose of Public Comment regarding the Goshen Solar Project on Monday Dec 4, 2023 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Rendevouz Center at the Goshen County Fair Grounds, Torrington, WY.
