REQUEST FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that the Goshen County School District #1 (GCSD) will receive sealed bids for the removal of the “Little House” located at 2300 West E Street Torrington, WY on the Torrington High School campus.

Bidder is responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and services necessary for removal.
Winning bidder will be required to provide proof of insurance and agree to release and hold harmless GCSD from any claims, injuries, or damages incurred as a result of the removal of the building.
To be considered, all bids must be submitted to the above address no later than 10:30am on October 2, 2023, at which time bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. Sealed envelopes containing bids shall be clearly marked as “Little House Removal sealed bid.” The bid shall contain the name, address, and phone number of the bidder. Additionally, it is requested that the bid document include the bid amount and any other requested terms to be considered. It is anticipated that the building be removed prior to May 31, 2024.
GCSD reserves the privilege to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in any bid, or to accept any bid which will best serve the interest of GCSD.
No bid may be withdrawn after the bid opening date.
