Under the provisions of Section 16-6-116, Wyoming Statutes Annotated, 1977, (Supp.1982), notice is hereby given that:
1) The Trustees of the University of Wyoming have accepted all work related to the project entitled “2023 SAREC Fencing - Lingle” as Substantially Complete in accordance with the Plans and Specifications as set forth in the Contract dated June 13, 2023, by and
between the Trustees of the University of Wyoming and Boothill Construction LLC, 3675 Co Rd 217, Fort Bridger, WY 82933.
2) As of October 26, 2023, the Trustees of the University of Wyoming will pay the Contractor the full amount due them under said Contract, provided the work is fully completed and the Contract fully performed.
3) Nothing in the above-mentioned Section 16-6-116 of the Wyoming Statutes Annotated, 1997, (Supp. 1982), shall be construed as relieving the Contractor and surety on his bond from any claim or claims for work or labor done, or materials or supplies furnished
