NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
That Betty L. Sterkel died on the 26th day of April, 2023, in Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming, leaving Roderick Lee Cross, Jenny Lynn Naslund, formerly known as Jenny Lynn Cross and Nathan Cross, as her sole beneficiaries to the property described herein.
That Roderick Lee Cross, Jenny Lynn Naslund, formerly known as Jenny Lynn Cross and Nathan Cross, the above named beneficiaries, on the 16th day of August, 2023, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, their Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205(LexisNexis 2020), praying that the Court adjudge the following described real and personal property located in Goshen County, Wyoming be distributed to them as follows:
Real Property:
A one-half (1/2) ownership interest in and to the following:
TOWNSHIP 25 NORTH, RANGE 62 WEST, GOSHEN
COUNTY, WYOMING
Section 31: NENW A TR
(Full legal description is described at Book 934 at Page 118 of the Goshen County, Wyoming Records)
Personal Property:
1. U.S. Bank Savings Account
2. U.S. Bank Savings Account
3. 1947 Ford Convertible, V.I.N. 1672818
That the said Application has been set down for a hearing before the Court at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:30 o=clock a.m., on the 26th day of September, 2023. If persons object, the Court shall set a new hearing for all parties to appear;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter into Decree of Distribution setting over the above described real property as set forth above.
