NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION OF RE-AL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Wyoming Statute Section 2-1-205, a sworn application has been filed in the Goshen County District Court on June 19, 2023, for a de-cree establishing in Josiah Peterson and Caleb Peterson, as the two (2) distributees of the Estate of Karl Douglas Peterson, all rights and title in the following described real property:
A TRACT OF LAND in Section 15, Township 24 North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M., Goshen County, Wyoming described as follows:
Begin at the point 115 feet East and 33-1/3 feet south of the Northwest cor-ner of said Section; running thence South 140 feet; thence East 50 feet; thence North 140 feet; thence West 50 feet to the point of beginning.
Address: 341 W 15th Street, Torrington, Wyoming
If after publication of this notice of application once a week for two consecutive weeks, it appears that the facts stated in the application are not in dispute and no objection to the application has been made within thirty (30) days after the date of first publication, the Court shall enter such a decree.
