NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
That Lori C. Niemeyer, died on the 10th of September, 2022, in Illinois; leaving Theodore M. Niemeyer, Trustee under the Lori C. Niemeyer Living Trust, dated May 22, 2001 (“distributee”) as the sole and only devisee of the estate.
That on the 21st day of December, 2022, the aforementioned distributee filed, in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, an Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205, praying that the Court distribute all of the decedent’s interest in and to the following described real property located in Goshen County, Wyoming, as follows:
Undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the following described real property:
A tract of land and house located in Section 10, Township 24, North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M. Goshen County, Wyoming, located at 1205 East 28th Street, Torrington, Wy;
Unto distributee.
That said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Court, Goshen County, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:30 (a.m.) on the 9th day of January, 2023, at 2125 East A Street, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over all of the decedent’s interest in the aforementioned real property as requested in the application filed herein.
