I-2016-2-1:
A Change in Point of Diversion and Means of Conveyance, Change of Place of Use and Amended Certificate for the Ruby D. Kingsbury Appropriation, Permit No. 7753, adjudicated under Proof No. 13265, diverting from Bear Creek through the Hubbs Homestead Ditch, with a priority of April 11, 1907.
A Change in Point of Diversion and Means of Conveyance, Change in Place of Use, Voluntary Abandonment of a portion and an Amended Certificate for the Hugh Stemler Appropriation, Permit No. 5466 Enl., adjudicated under Proof No. 24428, diverting from Bear Creek through the Hubbs Homestead Ditch, with a priority of January 20, 1948.

A Voluntary Abandonment of the following appropriations:
The Jesse C. Hubbs Appropriation, Permit No. 1399 Res, the Hubbs Reservoir, adjudicated under Proof No. 13267, supplied from Bear Creek through the Hubbs Homestead Ditch, with a priority of October 1, 1908.
The Jesse C. Hubbs Appropriation, Permit No. 8715, adjudicated under Proof No. 13268, providing Secondary Supply from the Hubbs Reservoir, with a priority of October 1, 1908.
The Jesse C. Hubbs Appropriation, Permit No. 1958 Enl., adjudicated under Proof No. 13269, diverting from Bear Creek through the Enl. Hubbs Homestead Ditch, serving as reservoir supply to the Hubbs Reservoir, with a priority of October 1, 1908.
I-U-2018-1-6:
A Change in Place of Use, Type of Supply and Amended Certificate for the Sanders No. 4 Well, Well Registration No. 403, adjudicated under Proof No. U.W. 601, with a priority of October 4, 1955.
A Change in Place of Use and Amended Certificate for the Shirley No. 1 Well, Well Registration No. 775, adjudicated under Proof No. U.W. 602, with a priority of February 28, 1958.
A Change in Place of Use, Voluntary Abandonment of a portion and Amended Certificate for the Sanders No. 4C Well, Permit No. U.W. 8066, adjudicated under Proof No. U.W. 608, with a priority of January 5, 1971.
SAID PETITION having been assigned to the undersigned by the State Board of Control for public hearing to satisfy consent as provided for by law under Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 41-3-104, § 41-3-114, § 41-3-401 and § 41-4-514.
NOW THEREFORE, Superintendent Rinehart will conduct a hearing scheduling conference under Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 41-3-104, § 41-3-114, § 41-3-401 and § 41-4-514, and the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 16-3-101 through 16-3-115 on January 17, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. Any person desiring to appear at the hearing scheduling conference may do so in person or by dialing 1-352-973-0323 at the scheduled time and entering 866 744 079# for the PIN. Video conferencing will also be available; please use the contact information found below for further instructions. Any party owning an appropriation of water which may be affected by the granting of said petition or any other interested person or entity who wishes to object or otherwise enter an appearance in this matter must appear/call/video in to the hearing scheduling conference and make his or her objection or interest in this matter known. Failure of any interested person or entity to appear will foreclose any future opportunity to object or appear in this matter.
