Box 54, Torrington WY 82240, Legal Description: 318 East Valley Road, District 0153, Torrington 07th ADDN BLK 05 LOT 09 COMMERCIAL; Mailing address, P.O. Box 54, Torrington WY 82240; Said Application for Tax Deed shall be made No Earlier Than three (3) months October 7, 2021, and No Later Than five (5) months December 7, 2021, after the Date of final publication of this Notice. To the best knowledge of the applicant there have been no special assessments or public improvements for above said property.
