NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
That Roselyn S. Leary died on the 10th day of April, 2021, in Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming, leaving Heather Ann Blair, Stefanie E. LaSala, and William G. Leary, as her sole beneficiaries to the property described herein.
That Heather Ann Blair and Stefanie E. LaSala, on the 2nd day of June, 2021, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, their Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205(LexisNexis 2020), praying that the Court adjudge to Heather Ann Blair, William G. Leary, and Stefanie E. LaSala the following described real property located in Goshen County, Wyoming:
Lot 12, Block 2, East Addition, to the Town of Torrington,
Goshen County, Wyoming (Subject to all liens and encumbrances)
That the said Application has been set down for a hearing before the Court at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:30 o’clock a.m., on the 13th day of July, 2021.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter into Decree of Distribution setting over the above described real property as set forth above.
