Pursuant to W.S. § 15-1-112 (b) (i) (D) the City of Torrington shall hold a public hearing on June 15, 2021 at 7:15 p.m. at the City Council Room, 436 East 22nd Ave, Torrington, Wyoming, to consider the sale of real property located in the Torrington East Side Industrial Park $244,000, market analysis done by Jackie Van Mark.
