The Regular Meeting of the Lingle Town Council convened at 5:00 PM May 5, 2021 with Mayor Siglin leading the Pledge of Allegiance. Upon roll call, the following were present, constituting a quorum: Mayor: George Siglin Council Members: Steve Edwardson Joe Welte A.J. Lambert There was also present: Town Attorney: Anna Barnes Fire Chief: Kasey Bangerter Clerk: Richard Reyes Town Supervisor: Larry Haeffelin Absent: Council Member: Brandie Cook Police Chief: Endra Andrews Mayor Siglin welcomed all to the meeting and thanked them for being present. Mayor Siglin advised at 5:01 PM that he was recessing the regular session so that all attendees may tour the new ambulance. Mayor Siglin reconvened regular session at 5:10 PM. Mayor Siglin called for approval of the agenda as presented. CM Lambert moved to approve the agenda as presented. CM Welte voiced the second and the motion carried unanimously. Mayor Siglin called for approval of the minutes of the April 21, 2021 regular council meeting. CM Welte moved to approve the minutes as presented. CM Lambert voiced the second and the motion carried unanimously.
BILLS FOR APRIL 2021: CM Edwardson moved to approve the Town bills in the amount of $187,993.58.  CM Lambert voiced the second and the motion carried unanimously. LVFD: FC Bangerter reported: Three fire and two ambulance calls since the last council meeting; Two fire department members have attended Cody Fire School; The new ambulance is in the process of being outfitted with equipment. LEGAL: TA Barnes reported: Relative success in the collection of outstanding utility bills; She has an upcoming civil trial for the Town of Lingle; Mayor Siglin asked TA Barnes on the status of the Maypark property and she replied she will report on the status at the next meeting. ADMINISTRATIVE: C Reyes reported: The Town Quarterly Newsletter was updated and mailed with the utility bills; The Lingle Community Center Annual Report was submitted to the Wyoming Business Council; The annual report for the Energy Information Administration’s Form 861 was submitted to the U.S. Dept. of Energy; The Annual Water Quality Report, Consumer Confidence Report was included in the Council packet for Council’s review; C Reyes reminded Council that Goshen Economic Development will be at the Lingle Community Center Thursday May 13th from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM for Economic Development Week. MAINTENANCE: TS Haeffelin reported:  The new playground equipment is setup; The park has been sprayed, fertilized and the sprinklers have been turned on; The pool is cleaned out and the bathrooms are open. COUNCIL ITEMS: Mayor Siglin discussed an email that was sent to the Town concerning possible wall attachments be added to the walls of the Community Center.  Following discussion, is was decided that TS Haeffelin will research a display board for the Community Center; Council agreed to have a budget work session on Wednesday May 12th at 5:30 PM in the Town Office.  
With no further action to be taken Mayor Siglin adjourned the meeting at 5:42 PM.
