    NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED in the Estate of Lloyd D. Packard. You are hereby notified that Serena Craven Packard has filed with the Clerk of the District Court, Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, Wyoming, Docket No. PR-2020-55-DC, an Application for Decree of Distribution Pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205, for the following described real properties:
Parcel 1:  AN UNDIVIDED ONE-HALF INTEREST AS TENANT IN COMMON IN AND TO: Township 26 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M., Goshen County, Wyoming: Section 15: All that portion of the W½NW¼ of said Section 15 lying westerly of the Interstate Canal, also known as the Government Canal

Parcel 2: LOTS 31, 32, 33 AND 34, BLOCK 3, CAPITOL HILL ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF LUSK, NIOBRARA COUNTY, WYOMING

Parcel 3:  LOTS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 AND 6, AND THE NORTH 88 FEET OF LOTS 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 AND 12; ALL IN BLOCK 52, ORIGINAL TOWN OF MANVILLE, NIOBRARA COUNTY, WYOMING
