PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 2020 BUSINESS READY COMMUNITY GRANT AND LOAN PROGRAM APPLICATION FOR ETHANOL FACILITY PURCHASE PROJECT

The City of Torrington intends to submit an application for a BRC Business Committed Grant, for the purchase of the Wyoming Ethanol Facility and is seeking citizen input regarding this project.  Those wishing to comment on this project are encouraged to attend a public hearing(s) on this subject on October 6, 2020, in the City Council Chambers. Citizens can also submit written comments to:

All written comments must be received no later than 12:00 PM on October 6, 2020.  The City of Torrington will take all comments made at the public hearing and written comments submitted on or before the deadline into consideration before considering a resolution in support of submitting an application for a 2020 BRC Business Committed Award.
