REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Project No. FY21 - Potable Groundwater Well
Notice is hereby given that the City of Torrington, Wyoming is requesting proposals from licensed professional engineering firms that are qualified to design, bid, and manage the construction of a potable groundwater well.
A complete Request For Proposals document may be obtained after the 13th day of May, 2020, at the Office of the City Engineer, City of Torrington, 436 East 22nd Avenue, P.O. Box 250, Torrington, Wyoming 82240. Submittals will be accepted by the City until 2:00 p.m. on June 3, 2020. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals.
