NOTICE OF PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF
WRONGFUL DEATH REPRESENTATIVE
Pursuant to Sections 1-38-103 & 1-38-105 of Wyoming Statutes, Kimberly A. Melahn has instituted Civil Action No. CV-2020-35-DC in the District Court for Goshen County, Wyoming, by Petition for her appointment as Wrongful Death Representative concerning the death of her son, Austin Michael Walton.
Pursuant to Section 1-38-104(a) of the Wyoming Statutes, any person claiming to qualify as Wrongful Death Representative in this matter may intervene as a matter of right before May 1, 2020, by written notice to the Clerk of the District Court, Goshen County Courthouse, 2125 East A Street, Torrington, Wyoming, 82240.
The District Court will examine the Petition, and any intervention thereto, on May 1, 2015, at 1:30 o'clock, p.m., in the Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard by the Court.
