Proverbs 17:22

Lately I have started a new exercise regimen. I found out who needs a gym!!! Follow these steps and the results will be amazing!

1. Get your legs in your coveralls and shimmy, shimmy, shimmy to get them pulled up.

2. Grab those shoulder straps, and do the hokey pokey as you get them pulled up and untangled, (if this doesn’t work, ask a friend for help).

3. Zip that zipper. Holding your breath might be necessary to get things zipped. If this is true, you only have a certain amount of time before you black out. You are now sweating profusely and burning calories!!!! Keep it up, way to go!

 4. Shoes or boots are next. This requires bending over in 50 pounds of coveralls. You only thought you were sweating before! Make sure to finish each foot completely or you have to do it again!

5. Your coat comes next. A shimmy again to get it over those coveralls. Don’t forget to zip it clear to the top or the cold air will come in as if you had nothing on!

 6. After hats, I wear three, you are finally ready to exit the house! Remember that sweat? It will now flash freeze as you hit the cold air taking off hide and pounds as it turns to ice and falls off!

7. Who needs a balance ball or beam? Your balance will be fine-tuned as you stub your toe on a frozen cow pie the size of a small calf. As you realize you are airborne, stick your arms out, suck the cold air in quickly and focus, focus, focus! This particular step will be repeated many times with plenty of opportunities to get it right!

 8. The stealth bomber move will also be repeated over and over, building finesse and confidence as you glide through cows that are so tightly packed together that you wonder how they can even breathe.

 9. The deep breaths that have been taken have now given you the sensation of a campfire burning in your lungs. This burns calories 100x faster than warm air.

10. Return back to the house. You shimmy and hokey pokey in reverse order. Your mission has been accomplished, cows are checked, only to be done again at the top of the hour!

Proverbs 17:22: A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. Laughter is a gift from God. Laughter is a great way to stay encouraged.
