Southeast High School graduate William Knowlton was officially honored with the 2025 Scotty Scott Outstanding Citizen Award during halftime at the 52nd Annual Shrine Bowl in Casper on Saturday, June 14. The award recognizes top student-athletes and football players in each classification in Wyoming.
Knowlton received the 1A 9-man football award for his experience as a starter for the Southeast Cyclones football team and his academic excellence at Southeast High School.
Knowlton was one of two valedictorians for the Class of 2025 and was an active member of the NHS, FFA and Scouting America. He was also a National Merit Program Finalist. Knowlton will attend the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in the fall.
