Memorial float remembers Madison Cook while raising awareness of domestic violence

GUERNSEY – More than 250 people from across Wyoming, neighboring states and even England gathered on the North Platte River Saturday for the sixth annual Maddy Memorial Float, an event that has grown from a family remembrance into a regional effort to raise awareness about domestic violence and support victims.
