TORRINGTON – The Torrington Volunteer Fire Department held its May drawing on Friday the 24th here at the Torrington Fire Station. We apologize to the monthly sponsor’s and ticket holders for the delay this month. There were unforeseen circumstances that led to this month’s delay. The winning number was drawn by Reece Posten, owner and operator of Reece’s Refrigeration. The winner of the Tikka T1X .22 caliber long rifle was Rob Moorehouse with Landscaping Plus. The Torrington Fire Department members want to thank all of our sponsors and everyone that continues to support our fundraiser.
