Lingle police investigate theft

LINGLE – In a recent media release, it was announced authorities are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an individual who appeared in surveillance images fueling a pickup truck at Ty’s Pit Stop.

“The Lingle Police Department is attempting to identify the person shown in these images,” the Town of Lingle Maintenance Department posted on their Facebook page. “The subject in these images is a person of interest in a theft investigation occurring in Lingle during the early morning hours of (Wednesday) March 5.”

Anyone with any information which could help identify the individual, please contact Lingle Police Chief Endra Andrews at (307) 837-2422.

“So, we had a theft this morning at Ty’s [at] approximately 1:50 this morning,” Andrews told the Lingle Town Council during the council’s Wednesday evening meeting. “I am sure everybody’s seen the Facebook post. I am looking for a black, newer model F250 or 350 flatbed truck with a snowmobile and ramps in the back that was covered with a Polaris cover so I am assuming it’s a Polaris underneath it. So, if anybody sees such a vehicle, I need to speak to the driver.”
