LINGLE – Mayor Micah Foster called the Wednesday, Jan. 21 meeting of the Lingle Town Council to order at 6 p.m. at the Lingle Community Center. In attendance were council members Shelly Duncan, Jeff Jerome, Kathy Wihelm and Tabitha Lambert.
