The Southeast Elementary Lighthouse Team showed their big hearts by organizing a community service project for their furry friends at Waggin’ Tails Animal Shelter. The Lighthouse team spent about a month planning and preparing this service project. They contacted the animal shelter, designed a flyer for advertisement and promoted the community service to each elementary classroom. During the two weeks of the service project, they manned the drop-off station and then delivered the donated items to Waggin Tails Animal Shelter.
