Both the Lingle-Fort Laramie boys and girls rose to the challenge at the Scottsbluff Twilight following the cancelation of the Morrill Invitational today.

LFL boys fifth, girls sixth at Scottsbluff

Lingle-Fort Laramie tracksters brought their A-game to the Scottsbluff Twilight track meet today after the Morrill Invitational was canceled.

The Doggers captured fifth place with 71 team points, while the Lady Doggers came in sixth place with 33 points.

Junior Brody Roberts excelled in mid-distance, snagging first place in the 400-meters with a time of 53.16 seconds.

Junior Louden Bremer pulled into first place in the 300-meter hurdles, crossing the finish line in 41.63 seconds.

Senior Wyatt Sylvester garnered gold in the pole vault with a leap clearing 12 feet, 6 inches.

In throwing events, senior Izzy Spears won the discus with a toss measuring in at 104-07.
