Crews from City of Torrington Electric repair power lines on East C Street, across from Eastern Wyoming College, the morning of Jan. 14 after a night of high winds resulting in power outages in southeastern Wyoming. The National Weather Service (NWS) in Cheyenne recorded a wind speed of 86 mph in Torrington on Jan. 13.
