CHEYENNE – As a mark of respect for the memory of His Holiness Pope Francis, and in accordance with an action by the President of the United States, Governor Mark Gordon has ordered both the United States and Wyoming flags to fly at half-staff immediately.
The flag should be flown at half-staff until sunset on the day of interment. Once that date is determined, a reminder will be sent from the Governor’s office to return flags to full staff.
