The Goshen Care Center Joint Powers Board has unanimously selected local contractor Goshen County Construction, as construction manager at risk for the proposed new assisted living facility, known as Evergreen Plaza. The facility will be built on the old nursing home site at 20th and East E. The facility will include up to 30 living units, food preparation, dining, laundry and other community spaces, along with a physical link to the existing Evergreen Court.

TORRINGTON – The Goshen Care Center Joint Powers Board has unanimously selected local contractor Goshen County Construction, as construction manager at risk for the proposed new assisted living facility, known as Evergreen Plaza. The facility will be built on the old nursing home site at 20th and East E. The facility will include up to 30 living units, food preparation, dining, laundry and other community spaces, along with a physical link to the existing Evergreen Court.
All parties are expecting that construction will begin this fall and could take up to 18 months for completion.
