Eastern Wyoming College graduate Carter Anderson, front, represented the school at the College National Finals Rodeo in Casper in team roping from June 15-21. Anderson and partner Jade Byrne of Casper College finished No. 20 in the team roping standings with an average of 19.6 seconds.
