TORRINGTON – The Eastern Wyoming College’s Community Education is offering a Holistic Wellness and Health Benefits class on Tuesday November 12 and Tuesday, December 10.
The AQ holistic approach to wellness focuses on the person as a whole system for disease prevention, class instructor Rachele Davis said. It encourages self-awareness and empowers individuals to understand the meaning, the symptom and root cause of an illness.
Holistic wellness includes different modalities that heal on an emotional, mental, physical and spiritual level by releasing energy blockages that promote overall health and wellbeing. The class covers the following topics and includes class materials: Holistic awareness, healing modalities and benefits, Chakras: Understanding your energy centers, and the differences between ego, intuition, soul and spirit.
The class will be held Tuesday, November 12 and Tuesday, December 10 from 6-8 p.m. in CTEC 111 on the EWC main campus in Torrington. The cost is $45.
To enroll or for more information contact EWC Community Education Director Donna White, 307-532-8323 or dwhite@ewc.wy.edu.
