07:38-Animal call-Occurred on East 20th Avenue. Report barking dogs and smell of dog waste, complaint was sent to the text MyGov to City Hall. Disposition completed.
08:13-Assist the public-Occurred on the Road 51. RP advised that there is an individual that runs their dogs on canal road to the east and RP stated that is not for public use and RP would like individual to stop as RP is afraid the dog will cause problems with RP’s dogs. Disposition completed.

11:36-Open door/window-Occurred on East 17th Avenue. Three units on property, unit on west side is currently vacant. One of the other tenants closed the front door and then saw the back door was open. Would like a check on the property to ensure that no one is inside the unit. RP advised that there isn’t a handle on the back door, so it has to be locked from the inside. Disposition completed.

RP advised that RP is scared right now because RP still loves individual and cares about individual RP is unsure of what address it is. RP advised belief address is in south Torrington. RP advised that RP was putting shorts on and RP felt something in the pocket and there is a court paper saying individual was supposed to show up in court at 0900 today. Disposition completed.
