08:13-Assist the public-Occurred on the Road 51. RP advised that there is an individual that runs their dogs on canal road to the east and RP stated that is not for public use and RP would like individual to stop as RP is afraid the dog will cause problems with RP’s dogs. Disposition completed.

09:29-Aband vehicle, expired plates, inoperable, etc.-Occurred on East Valley Road. Single wide trailer has been sitting on the property for approximately two months on a trailer, appear axle may be broken. RP would like the vehicle tagged to be removed. Disposition completed.

09:32-Reddi-Occurred on state highway 151. Westbound HWY 151. Box truck, northbound 15 county plates. Has been over center line and off roadway onto the shoulder. Now speeding over 80 MPH just approaching La Grange. Disposition completed.

11:36-Open door/window-Occurred on East 17th Avenue. Three units on property, unit on west side is currently vacant. One of the other tenants closed the front door and then saw the back door was open. Would like a check on the property to ensure that no one is inside the unit. RP advised that there isn’t a handle on the back door, so it has to be locked from the inside. Disposition completed.

RP advised just spoke with individual’s stepparent and was told that there is a warrant out for stepparent’s arrest and Rp doesn’t know what that means. RP advised that RP is scared right now because RP still loves individual and cares about individual RP is unsure of what address it is. RP advised belief address is in south Torrington.  RP advised that RP was putting shorts on and RP felt something in the pocket and there is a court paper saying individual was supposed to show up in court at 0900 today. 18:15-Suspicious person-Occurred on Converse Street. Individual tried to walk into the RP’s house, blue shirt tan shorts, headed towards VOA Apartments. RP says individual is trying to get help to vote for someone. Disposition completed.

RP says that RP has a no contact order with next door neighbor, RP advising that neighbor puts dogs outside on the nights RP has to get up early for work knowing that they will bark and keep RP up, RP advising that the dogs have been barking for the last three hours. 06:09-Any civil problem-Occurred on College Drive. Call RP back reference removing items for premise that belong to someone else. States last night officer to her to call this umber to set something up. Disposition completed.
