20:53 – Animal call – Occurred on Campbell Dr. loose white dog roaming around pink and white bandana. RP advising that the dog is sitting at the front door currently. Dog listens to commands. Disposition: completed. 

21: 38 – Vandalism – Occurred at Lancer Hall on W C St. RP advising that they had a car get vandalized in the parking lot with spray paint, vehicle is still on scene. RP has a suspect but suspect has left the parking lot but they have a license plate number. UNK what kind of vehicle got vandalized. Disposition: report required.

21:53 – Assist the public – Occurred at Main St./27th Ave. came into lobby advising that stop light heading S bound is not functioning properly. States that RP ran the red light because the light did not turn green after sitting there for five minutes. Disposition: completed.

21:41 – Assist the public – Occurred on W C St. RP advising that individual possibly shut off power and RP has no water now. RP unsure if we can do anything or not if RP needs to wait until tomorrow. Disposition: completed.

14:48 – Log information – Occurred on W 26th Ave. Rp goes to houses to check if houses are occupied and RP works for, RP is a contractor and usually does it for evictions, RP said came up and started honking the horn but the homeowner was not there, RP wanted it documented in case they call in. 14:53 – Scam calls, monetary / computer fraud – Occurred on Hillcrest Dr. small business association said needs to file a police report/ RP was misled and someone opened a loan in name/this occurred after a family member had their Facebook page hacked and was communicating with RP under the premise that RP was speaking with the family member. Disposition: completed.

15:00 – Lost animal calls – Occurred on W 17th Ave. Tan med size dog, American Anstaf, Dog blue, Boomer, missing for 10 minutes,

15:33 – Animal call – Occurred on E A St. dog bite, by stray dog, separating friends dogs and another dog got bit several times, occurred today approx. one hour ago/RP will get address where it occurred and description of dog.

17:33 – Welfare check – Occurred on E I St. call family member that they have not spoken to for three days. Disposition: completed.

18:56 – Larceny – Occurred on E 27th Ave. camper broke into and door is flapping in the wind, unknown if anyone is inside. Disposition: report required.

08:16 – Assist the public – Occurred on E 22nd Ave. calling from group home in Torrington, Connecticut/individual asked to be brought via ambulance to either Winstead ER or another hospital/confirmed with RP she was trying to get ambulance in Torrington, Connecticut/ RP advised yes/advised RP that she had reached Wyoming/RP was going to find number for correct agency. Disposition: completed.

12:03 – Suspicious circumstances – Occurred on W 15th Ave. The door to the house is standing wide open. Disposition: completed.

12:09 – Alarm – Occurred on W C St. medical alarm, no contact with no medical history, lock box with code. Disposition: completed. 

12:45 – 911 call (abandoned, open line, etc.) – Call info passed on to Gering, we eventually got to a point where the call could be transferred, male. Disposition: completed. 

13:15 – Suspicious circumstances – Occurred at W Valley Rd. someone hacked into RP’s business accounts and redirected a bunch of stuff to their business/they have screenshots and some communication from the person/RP advised that person is doing this is. Disposition: completed. 

13:31 – Animal call – Occurred on W C St. dead cat in neighbor’s lawn/RP advised it does not belong but it appears to be a house cat as it appears well cared for. Disposition: animal impounded or disposed of.

14:06 – Animal call – Occurred at E 22nd Ave/E D St. Black-white cattle dog walking outside of fence. Disposition: completed. 

15:17 – Suspicious circumstances – Occurred on Main St. a lot of black smoke coming to area south and west of possibly in alley/RP unsure what may be burning. Disposition: completed.

19:12 – Motor vehicle accident – Occurred on Main St. RP backed into another vehicle RP in a. Disposition: report required. 

20:03 – 911 call (abandoned, open line, etc.) – Occurred on Platte St. accidental dial, states phone is broke and screen is completely black, everything is fine. Disposition: completed.
