01:20 – Medical aid – Occurred on E B Street. Fell and currently in the living room door is locked unknown if injured. States knees hurt but they hurt all the time. Disposition completed
02:39 – 911 call (abandoned, open line, etc.) – Occurred on E B Street. 911, was trying to turn phone off and then hung up. disposition completed.
07:08 – Log information – Occurred on W Valley Road. Putting a cow down. Disposition completed.
09:40 – Assist the public – Occurred on E 22nd Avenue. RP would like to know what time the school zone lights by THS turn on in the afternoon and what time they go off. Disposition completed.
10:08 – Suspicious circumstances – Occurred on College Drive. Stolen package. Disposition report required.
14:07 – Animal call – Occurred on Bighorn Street. RP got bit by dog and it did break the skin. Disposition completed.

18:00 – Extra patrol – Occurred on E E Street. Back alley near back steps people vaping and loitering between 1800-2200. Disposition completed.
18:28 – Community contact – Officer initiated activity at W C Street, Torrington. Volleyball game. Disposition completed.
20:19 – Hazard-traffic, ped, etc – Occurred on Main Street. Dead deer on east side of road. Disposition report required.
20:58 – Harassment – Occurred on E B Street. Drives by house and work and yells things at RP. However, RP states they do work together in home health care. Disposition completed.
23:16 – 911 call (abandoned, open line, etc.) Occurred on college drive. Hang up call ani/ali showing at cell phone tower site around above location. Unable to call number back. Disposition completed.
23:21 – Suspicious vehicle – Occurred on E A Street. People keep driving by really fast possibly a pickup. Disposition gone on arrival.

03:37 – Traffic stops – Officer initiated activity at W A Street, Torrington. Nvr gray car. Disposition citation issued.
05:54 – Reddi – Occurred on Us Highway 85. Wht pick up possibly Dodge headed nb all over the road almost hit other veh head on transferred call to Niobrara. Disposition completed.
08:12 – Suspicious circumstances – Occurred on E 23rd Avenue. Concerns individual is being financially exploited
08:41 – Assist other agency – Occurred at Deer Creek Rd/Hwy 157. Red Chev Traverse no registration / coming into town from deer creek / 2 occupants. Disposition completed.
09:17 – Abandon vehicle, expired plates, inoperable, etc. – Occurred on W 15th Avenue. White passenger car parked on W A street, no plates and RP not sure if it runs or not. Disposition completed.
09:42 – Traffic stops – Officer initiated activity at E Valley Road, Torrington. Disposition warning for any traffic or other.
09:45 – Suspicious circumstances – Occurred on State Highway 158. Fires on HWY 158 by state line / on way to town this morning There was another fire and RP found the same material at the head of the fire that there was this spring / fire this morning was just south of the turnoff for Table Mountain. Disposition completed
10:04 – Welfare check – Occurred on E I Street. RP advised RP has not heard from grandparent and would like a welfare check. Disposition completed.
10:13 – Scam calls, monetary / computer fraud – Occurred on Road 43. Came to PD with a scam letter RP wanted reported / RP did not wish to speak to a deputy and asked us to dispose of the letter / letter came from Canada advising RP that RP had a deceased relative that was leaving RP $9.2 million. Disposition completed.
10:17 – Animal call – Occurred on E J Street. Smaller whi dog running loose in the area / northbound. Disposition animal impounded/disposed of.
11:31 – Assist the public – Occurred on E 22nd Avenue. Grandparent has been in 3 vehicle crashes, unk if they have been reported or not / they have been trying to get driver’s license taken away / doctor advised that individual doesn’t drive / grandparent then changed poa and changed doctor to avoid losing license / went to dmv and they were no help. Disposition completed.
12:06 – Log information – Occurred on W Valley Road. RP advised they would be shooting a cow. Disposition completed.
13:05 – Assist the public – Occurred at Main Street/Valley Road. Train rolling through Torrington headed east had smoke coming out between two cars, and from between another two cars. Disposition completed.
13:07 – Any civil problem – Occurred on E 22nd Avenue. Spouse put no trespassing signs up on property they own together / spouse is saying that RP can’t invite friends onto property because of such / RP advised property is in rock river but RP was just curious what rp’s rights are the the SO told RP to call PD when RP stopped over there. Disposition completed.
13:41 – Abandon vehicle, expired Plates, inoperable, etc. – Occurred on Main Street. RP called and would like to talk about the tractor that was to be tagged as abandoned. Disposition completed.
