10:21-Welfare check-Occurred on E Valley Rd. Pontiac/Individual sleeping in vehicle since at least 0800 this morning. Manage would like welfare check. Disposition report required. 

11:21-Animal call-Occurred on Road 47. Dog on the road that jumped into fence. Rp has a St Bernard and an aussie and doesn’t want the other dog to get hurt. Advised rp that there are no animal control ordinances in the county so I don’t have anyone that can come pick the dog up. Tried to advise rp that if they wanted to bring the dog to the shelter we could accept it. Disposition completed.

22:07-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on E 17th Ave. Rp picked up child from apt earlier and is trying to take child home now but concerned when they were leaving there was an individual 5’6-5’7 ball hat and beard going into the building with a week wacker and rp thought that was odd. Just wants to make sure it’s safe for rp’s child. Rp in front of building in a blue Ford Ranger. Disposition completed.

00:25-Disturbance-Occurrd on S Laramie Ave. Locked rp out of house including child both parties have been drinking. Rp states other party threw keys somewhere and rp can’t find them. Disposition completed.

01:13-Parking complaints-Occurred on Bighorn St. Ref inc. semi still parked there. Disposition completed.

02:43-Assist the public-Occurred on E B St. Parent of child from earlier incident in Ft. Laramie would like to speak to a deputy. Disposition completed.

07:16-Community contact-Officer initiated activity at E 3rd St., Lingle. Disposition completed.

07:43-Traffic complaints; speed, reckless, etc.-Occurred on W Valley Rd. Red dodge pickup with several decals on the windows, was all over the road and into oncoming traffic, headed eastbound still has the blinker on. Disposition warning for any traffic or other.

08:36-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on s Laramie Ave. Child out in the middle of the road, rp knocked on the door of the house and no answer. Disposition report required.

10:14-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on road 55 F. Rp would like pd officer to come collect. Disposition report required.

11:40-Vandalism-Occurred on E 20th Ave. Had vandalism and needing to file report. Light on taxiway seems to have been hit with a baseball bat, toilets were plugged up, seems like someone put something down the vent that caused it to happen, gas and jet fuel tanks and appears vent has been plugged on there as well. This has all occurred within the last three days so appears it may have al happened at the same time. Disposition report required.

11:47-Larceny-Occurrd on E I St. Lost wallet. Someone has apparently found it and has tried to use credit card. Rp has called and cancelled his card. Disposition report required.

11:55-Assist other agency-Occurred on US Highway 26. Agg assault in Morrill. NO direction of travel, but suspect has several connections in Torrington. Vehicle black ford ranger, no plate number known. Armed with a knife, unknown other weapons. Prior history for assault of officer occurred approximately 15 minutes ago. 

12:39-Assist other agency-Occurred on s Laramie Ave. Rp w/dfs would like a deputy to assist with a home visit in reference to an incident last night. 

13:00-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on W A St. Called and advised that individual called in and stated that individual is in a shed out back and stated that individual was standing on a bucket with a rope around neck and had a handful of pills. Disposition report required.

13:25-Medical aid-Occurred on road 31. Stroke symptoms. Disposition completed.

13:39-Welfare check-Officer initiated activity at US Highway 26-85, Torrington. No one has heard from individual for about one month. Disposition completed.

14:11-Medical aid-Occurred on W 25th Ave. Fallen and states has blood everywhere, blood on face and hands. Disposition completed.

16:29-Traffic complaints; speed, reckless, etc.-Occurred on W E St. Today while rp was picking up children, a white dodge pickup passed rp and almost hit a child trying to get past cars stopped to let a child cross in front of the middle school. Occurred around 1550 hours. Disposition completed.

16:40-Animal call-Occurred on W A St. Cheyenne animal control. Reporting a cat bite that occurred in Torrington and subject went to hospital in Cheyenne for treatment. Patient was bit by own cat. Disposition completed.

21:41-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on E B St. Denver DIA traffic control reporting that 4 miles east of Torrington airport people are shining lasers into overhead air traffic, advising it is going to be four miles straight east of the airport. Disposition completed.

22:18-Lost animal calls-Occurred on Rocky Rd. Golden and white labradoodle light pink collar, may bark but is friendly.
