16:34 – Log information – Occurred on E 17th Ave. man named Jason or Jake homeless male about 6’4 about 300 pounds, has a cart with him, RP said last summer he threatened to break into her house and harm her child, it occurred last summer but RP wanted it documented, she does not want anything done.
