GOSHEN COUNTY – In a recent flyer, the community has been invited to attend the farewell to the Wyoming National Guard 920th Forward Support Company on Tuesday, July 30.
In the short invitation, the public was invited to the ceremony which will take place at the Torrington High School football field at 8 a.m.
“Please join us on Tuesday, July 30 at 8 a.m. at the Torrington football field to wish a farewell to the 920th Forward Support Company, Torrington, as they prepare for a deployment,” the invitation read.
In an attempt to find more information prior to press time, prior publications of previous deployments in and around Goshen County, indicate the farewell festivities generally include appearances by the Wyoming State Governor and other officials, however, program attendees for Tuesday’s festivities have yet to be announced.
“Thank you for supporting our troops,” the invitation concluded.
